1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and digital platforms of Brainpool Solutions Ltd ("Brainpool", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Engineering Engagements & Intellectual Property

All professional software engineering, AI deployment, and consultancy contracts are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). Under standard terms, full intellectual property and source code ownership transfer entirely to the client upon final settlement.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
